Liked: The location and the owner or manager was really nice and helpful.

Disliked: Rooms were not as nice as they looked in pictures and we also had two double beds in a room which one double would have been sufficient, seen as we only asked for a private for two people. Bathroom was not as clean as we hoped and generally old and needs refurbishment. The member of staff also told us to be quiet for laughing on a Friday night and the same member of staff also gave smart remarks because we arrived for breakfast at 8.45 and breakfast finished at 9.

Liked: The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It was VERY basic accomodation. The room looked very outdated and cheap and the bathroom wasnt overly clean. We ended up having a terrible night sleep as the mattresses are just foam and the walls are paper thin and unfortunetly we were placed next to a room of a VERY noisy couple who didnt go to bed until 6.30am. Staff were all very friendly but was happy to leave there in the morning.

Liked: Manager/Owner was always helpful & available. He was a good source of info about Glasgow. Facilities very clean and ample breakfasts provided. Great central location.Highly recommended.

Disliked: Glenn left no negative feedback.

Liked: Rooms, beds, breakfast, staff.... everything was great!!!! actually it was a very good hotel rather than a hostel :-)
