Liked: It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Within walking distance of all the main locations in Glasgow.

Disliked: There was no free internet unless you went downstairs to the bar.

Disliked: Facilities (kitchen, laundry) were small for a hostel of this size.

Liked: Location Spacious room

Disliked: - No one's locker worked, each was smashed in, bent, or locks didn't work - Booked for partner & I to stay together but were separated and staff couldn't do anything to help even though it was not stated we would be separated when booking - Lifts - waste of time - rarely worked, or would stop at every floor - Got back to room at 1am only to find key card not functioning and needed to get new one from reception - Partners key also didn't work - Pay so much and yet little things weren't as they should be; e.g. soap canister was empty from start & never filled; no sponges in sink to clean dishes w although signs say we must clean them etc.

Liked: the rooms are en-suite, very clean. The Hostel has a bar in the ground floor, good for a relax for having a beer after a day travelling. A free telphone for call taxi, good services at the reception.

Disliked: the internet charge 1pound for 20 minutes, and leave lugges also charge 1 pound, the breakfast has too less to choose. there should be more kind of breakfast to offer with this price.

Liked: It's in a fantastic location in the middle of Glasgow. All rooms have ensuite, which is a great plus. Staff extremely friendly.

Liked: I liked the location and the Osmosis bar. I picked this hostel cause it has pool and snooker tables :-)

Disliked: The staff are friendly, but there is always a queue at the reception and I had to wait around 15 min every time I needed something from the staff. I think they should hire more people at the reception.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, they made the whole trip a lot easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was fine, just some basic food but that's fine for a traveller on a budget! I met a lot of nice people staying in a four-person dorm, so it was overall a very good experience.

Disliked: It was rather old, the elevators made some interesting noises sometimes, the room was also quite old and kind of dirty, but not bad. The shower was also a little crude, and that was one thing I was the most disappointed about I think. Still a good place!

Liked: lt is very easy to find.! it's close to information center and main street and river.

Disliked: my roommate take a shower cold water. and i did brash my teeth mineral water.

Liked: Close to the city centre, in fact it is located right in the city centre! So that means close to everything: shopping, subway, railway etc. The staff are also really friendly.

Disliked: No free wifi in the room, limited only in the bar, which means you have to pay for a drink to use it. The "locker" in the room doesn't come with padlock, need to get one yourself in order to lock your valuables. And the elevator! Wow. Really send my adrenaline rush everytime I used it. Perhaps it's time to change a new one?

Liked: The rooms and beds were clean and very nice. The beds were very comfortable and even if there was a nightclub downstairs, I was not bothered by noise.

Disliked: Characterless, very large commercial hostel. Not best place to meet people. People in bed allocated and no way of telling which others were free or clean.
