Liked: Great location, very central. Supermarket and other stores are very close. Drinks at the pub downstairs are pretty cheap!

Liked: I loved the cleanliness. its perfect for travellers and anyone who is looking for an affordable stay. I am more than happy about it. I would love to come back anytime.

Disliked: pretty much nothing. It was more than i expected ..full marks.

Liked: We booked two bed's in a 14 bedroom and got a 2 bed room. So we had luck.

Disliked: You have to pay extra for the wlan.

Liked: Well located, good breakfast, bar osmosis, helpful appliances such as: box charger, cash machine, vending machines.

Disliked: lift doesn't work properly

Liked: I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm with ensuite. Very clean and actually fairly spacious. Appreciated the lockers.

Disliked: The only thigns was that I was on a top bunk and there was no high powerpoint sockets, they were all on the lower bunks.

Liked: Easy accessibility to the city and cleanliness

Disliked: No security to the occupants personal belongings in the shared rooms.

Liked: the upgrade to double ensuite. and that it was quiet and central. Not to mention the nice smell of the bed sheets.

Disliked: the two taps on the sink and the fact that the lights in above the sink mirror didn't work.

Liked: price and location, late check-in options, and no curfew

Disliked: showers soaked bathroom floor as if by design. confusing as to existence of hot water or perhaps I just didn't understand how to work the tap also unable to access websites advertised as free without supplying financial information or some other code that I didn't understand. I would have liked to look up information on sites to see in Glasgow ... opening times etc. and train times and prices to other locations. In the event the receptionist was helpful and looked up information for us on her computer. Still it would have been nice to have a little more independence in this matter as it is awkward to always have to bother the receptionist.

Liked: Extremely clean. Large kitchen, a hangout room, laundry, and a pub downstairs. standard free hostel breakfast. Bathroom are in the rooms, and security lockers. Easy to find, 5-10 min from train station.

Disliked: Because it is so big, it has a bit of coperate feel to it. But it's one of the cleanest hostels I've been too.

Disliked: The room seem to be dirty. The toilet is very smelly !!! Internet is too expensive...

Liked: + Professional + Friendly staff + Location + Breakfast included + Comfortable beds + Lockers in room for belongings (bring pad lock)

Disliked: - I think that storage of bags should be for free during the days of check-in and check-out, instead of £1 per bag.

Liked: I stayed here twice - once in a single room (one bunk bed - no second guest in the room), and once in a four-bed - and I was impressed both times. It was great having the option to book a single room without having to pay a double rate. The accommodations were clean, and the hotel front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The kitchen was large and clean, and the dining area was roomy and airy.

Disliked: It felt a bit institutional because of the size, but I didn't really mind it so much because the other aspects of the hostel were so good.

Liked: It was very close to the train station, huge building. Very secure, you needed a card key to access the stairs and elevators. The included breakfast was quite a good spread of food. My room had 14 beds, but 2 toilets and 2 showers (each separate). Lockers in the room.

Disliked: The room was pretty hot overnight (even though the weather was cold). The sinks were on the opposite side of the room from the toilets (not particularly bad, but you had to weave your way through a maze of beds and lockers to find the hidden sinks, so it was a little strange).

Liked: That we were upgraded to a better room on more than one occasion. The staff was very helpful in giving directions and suggesting places to eat. The breakfast was also great with chilled milk instead of room temperature milk like most other hostels. Nice variety of foods as well.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Good location, lockers in room were a good size

Disliked: No internet in rooms, had to go to the bar which is only open after midday or you have to pay 4 pounds per day to get it else where. At the bar the staff were more interested in talking and eating amongst themselves than servicing customers, everything seemed to cost extra in the hostel.

Liked: Private room, pool table, close to the tube, good breakfast included, helpful staff.

Disliked: semi-shady area

Liked: Great facilities, free breakfast (decent), free wi-fi, 10-minute walk from the train station, really nice and helpful staff. I was even upgraded to a four-person ensuite for free upon arrival.

Disliked: A little institutional feeling, but not a big concern.
