Liked: Stayed in a 14 person dorm and it was excellent. The location was great, right in the centre of town. Free breakfast in the mornings was also great. Excellent value for money!!

Liked: Elevator, wireless internet, free breakfast all bonuses. Walking distance from train station. Close to shops and river.

Liked: Not too far from rail way station. Was able to book a single room, ensuite, tv. Nice to get away from the dorm rooms for a bit. Had a good breakfast included.

Disliked: Can be a bit crazy with hen-stag parties.

Liked: Good value for money if you get the 14 bed dorm. The dorm had 2 en-suit showers and toilets and 3 sinks - brilliant for a girls room! Central location, but be careful walking down Clyde street on your own at night. Oh - great breakfast! Think it's the best hostel one I've had and reminded me more of a hotel - choice of cereal, fresh fruit, choice of toast and spreads. Hot drinks and juices. A proper cooked breakfast was available for a reasonable price.

Disliked: Baggage storage could have been complimentry, but was only £1 so can't grumble too much!

Disliked: I disliked that my room bathroom was not clean at all, I found many pink hairs at the shower.

Liked: Amazingly cheap, especially considering what you get in return: decent free breakfast, private rooms and showers, and a cool bar and chill-out area. Also, it is very conveniently located, just a few blocks away from the main shopping street and many great clubs and bars.

Disliked: The bathroom was not cleaned properly; the shower was downright filthy. Besides that, loud mechanical noises of some kind started randomly in the middle of the night. This only appeared once or twice for about half an hour, but rather unpleasant nevertheless.

Liked: Clean, spacious. We had a private room for two, and there was a TV.

Disliked: No free wifi throughout the whole building, only in the bar downstairs. Elevator is extremely slow.

Liked: Like a cheap hotel but much cheaper! Surprisingly, very clean; breakfast and towels included.

Disliked: Very institutional-looking. Although the rooms and corridors were clean, this 70's-looking building, furniture and decor gave the feeling of staying in a reform school or borstal of some kind.

Liked: It was very central, and easy to find. It was also much cleaner than I would have thought, having so many people in it.

Disliked: I arrived at 11am and couldn't check in until 3pm, which ordinarily if I had been organised wouldn't have been a problem, but I left home in a rush so I didn't have the right clothes on to go around Glasgow for the day and I wanted a shower. However the bag storage is only £1 so I guess this balanced it out! The reception was very busy, and the receptionist was trying to deal with me and another group at the same time and there was also a queue, however the other receptionists I met were lovely.
