Liked: This property is very close to the center of Glasgow city. It was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were inside the room and it is another advantage. And also it was not so expensive,that is good for students :)

Disliked: The only thing was that there wasnt tea kettle or smth else :)

Liked: The location of the Hostel is really good, in the center! The brakfast was excellent, for a cheap price!

Disliked: I didn´t like the elevator, it´s old! That´s all!

Liked: It is close to city center and train station.

Disliked: The room is really messy and smelly. I was in a 12 bed dorm before. And they manager the bed worse. Someone came to take my bed. The only good thing is the staff give me a 4 bed dorm. It is a lot better in a 4 bed dorm. Don take the 12 one! It is shit!

Liked: Pretty decent location, you can walk to nearly all train station and the major bus station. There was wifi and computers for use as well. Downstairs was a bar with decent food options and deals on offer. drink and burger for 5 pounds! I've heard usually it's quite social but I came when it was incredibly quiet. Room was incredibly large for an 8 bed dorm with two showers and two toilets - very accommodating. Continental breakfast was decent

Disliked: The lifts hardly ever worked and to get to the eight floor where I was staying was a mission, especially with bags. Lift didn't stop on the 8th so I'd have to go to the 7th or 9th. Absolute pain and with a hostel as large as it is, you'd wish it were fixed. The shower pressure was so intense you could hardly enjoy the shower or turn your face anywhere towards it - had to shower completely with my eyes closed.

Liked: The location is really good, near a lot of points of interest in the city. The price really cheap and they do give all what they promised. It's a very good value for the money you pay, if you are not too picky about the details.

Disliked: The overall atomsphere is not great.. rooms and halls don't look as "profesional" as the common areas do. The staff can help if you ask, but they are not trained to offer you things. There were no "mixed" rooms available. Only "Male" or "Female".

Disliked: A number of things: 1. Shower was freezing cold (in winter) and water went all over the bathroom floor - irrelevant of where the shower curtain was. 2. Plumbing issues with the toilet. 3. Lifts out of order/not stopping on the correct floor

Liked: The location was excellent for me (directly opposite the venue of the course I was on, not on purpose!) the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The building was very big with a lift to access other floors which needed to be activated with the use of the key card for the room, so it was very secure.

Disliked: The only restaurant/bar/communal area that the hostel had was a bar that was open to the general public and didn't really feel like a part of the hostel. I think this detracted from the usual social aspect of hostels and most of the clientele were Glasgow locals as opposed to travellers/foreign people.

Liked: Location, friendly and helpful staff and most important very value for money and breakfast was served in a very clean and tidy environment.

Liked: Great location, love the privacy of double rooms and ensuites but practicality of a kitchen to cook in. Also, the breakfast was really good. Great value for money.
