Disliked: Sharing a bunkroom with people who arrived in at midnight and proceeded to have a shower.

Liked: The place was clean, relatively friendly, good bar. There were alot of older people and younger school groups and families staying here. As a young, solo traveller it was hard to meet ppl. (esp as i got stuck in a room with 2 older women) but if I had chosen a larger room.. who knows.

Disliked: the school groups and old folks

Disliked: No window insulation so traffic noise very noticeable even on 5th floor.

Disliked: VERY NOISY from the street; shower stales not draining properly - water overflowed onto floor; shower heads sprayed water everywhere - head soaked even though I did not want to get my hair wet.

Liked: Walking distence to city center and shopping malls.Room was very comfortable!Bar in the hostel!Security!

Disliked: Maybe the rooms could be more colourful and with pictures!

Liked: located right next to the central station

Disliked: I didn't like this hostel AT ALL. It had no atmosphere, the kitchen was small and we got seperate dorms eventhough we booked for one - way to expansive for what they offer!

Liked: Its location..bout 2 minute walk from the Central Station..and near the river Clyde..so good for an evening walk.. Good breakfast..can eat as much as you want. Very clean..in fact they have hand sanitizers on every floor.. Secure as in u need a key card to use their lifts..that way no one else can get it..

Disliked: The bathrooms.. too small..especially for big guys/gals...but managable..plus internet is not free...wi-fi is free..but u need a card to connect to the net..that cost bout 4 pounds per day...and 12 pounds for 1 week.

Liked: Reception staff not very knowledgeable. Information they gave us was wrong (although told to us confidently) on several occassions! They were not helpful when requesting information. For a place that has many tourists/foreigners they really should buff up on their tourist knowledge. Rooms were clean, but the shower was very small and like being under a torrential rain fall.

Liked: I felt like I was in a hotel... Was the best hostel we've ever stayed in... Showers were AMAZING because there was plenty of water pressure at the temperature you wanted. Also, the bar on the first floor was very convienient, exspecially on rainy days or when you didn't want to walk. Breakfast was pretty decent, wish they had labels for the different kinds of cereal though. Beds were comfy in a twin bunk bed room. The only place I've stayed where I felt it safe to not wear flip flops in the shower!
