Liked: Situation

Disliked: Too big, not very friendly. not easy to meet people. Unfriendly athmosphere specially into the pub.

Liked: close to attractions and easy to get to

Disliked: i had to make my own bed, poor faclities and bad breakfast, food should be better

Liked: The hostel was clean, friendly and the inclusive breakfast was good.

Disliked: The kitchen was fairly small for a hostel of this size, but the facilities that were there seemed fine. The mattress in our double room could have done with being renewed as it was very uncomfortable, but the room itself was more than adequate.

Liked: the location is very convenient, just 15-min walk from buchanan bus station where connects buses to highlands and islands.

Liked: My room had a very good overlloking view of the Clyde

Disliked: The hot breakfast (£3.25) was not up to much Stick with the plentiful free cereal and toast

Disliked: The swipe cards on the door to the dorm didn't work, people had to get up to let others in and that is distruptive and a security risk.

Disliked: lack of tv in chill-out room, the tv inm the dining area had no controls and in any case the light from windows meant the screen could not be seen

Liked: Cant recommend this hostel enough to everyone! Amazing and friendly staff, delicious complimentary breakfast, plenty of info on day trips/sightseeing etc, clean and tidy, can store your luggage, large and comfy common room with couches and huge TV, totally secure and I met heaps of cool people and I ended up staying on 2 extra nights. Best hostel Ive stayed in for a long time :-)
