Liked: The owner was very friendly and always available.

Disliked: Unfortunately the heating was on very low. So staying there during the winter made it quite uncomfortable indoors. Maybe this is better in the summer.

Liked: The property was nice & the location was good.

Disliked: Too many stairs. Poor showers. Alot of live in guests who didn't create the best atmosphere.

Liked: Location was in a neat area of Glasgow but a definite hike from the city center. The location is the University area so catering to young people, but didnt find anywhere with live music

Disliked: pretty empty and deserted except for a couple of people who live there

Liked: I didn't like this property mostly.

Disliked: I didn't like this property mostly. This hostel are very shabby and remote location. I lost my way twice to this hostel, and thanks to the local deliver man he helps me to get this place.

Liked: It's character - and it's great for students/prospective students/ people wanting to see the west end. Beds were comfy, showers hot and the place clean. nice communual room.

Disliked: What I dislike about every hostel in Scotland - the stairs! But what can you do?

Liked: Beautiful house with lovely proprtioned rooms and loads of space. Comfortable beds Excellent kitchen facilities. Fantastic drawing room. Waiitng for me when I arrived. Easy walking distance of Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre. Right in middle of University. Recommend unreservedly.

Liked: I've ticked no at 'Was hostelbookers promoted at this hostel' but I can't be sure, I wasn't looking for it so if there was advertisemant I may have missed it.

Disliked: For the price it was quite good. No complaints.

Liked: The rooms were really neat and clean, freshly aired and nice clean sheets.

Disliked: The one loo was a little shabby but its a hostel not a palace so no problems!
