Liked: The house was really nice, typical for Glasgow. But it could really do with some renovations...I had a whole room (6 beds) on my own and my car parked behind the house over night. But, as you have to move it at 10h the day you leave (logic, as new guests arrive), it is not a big advatage when staying just for one night as most public parking facilities are free over night, too.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly owner/manager - very clean, lovely old building. Just a bit of a hike up an annoying hill!!!

Liked: You felt like you were at home. It was in the perfect location with lots going on just outside, but once inside, it was quiet calm and serene. I could think of no better place to stay. Plus the bedrooms are huge.

Liked: At £12 a night it's a complete bargain. You get what you pay for, things very basic.

Liked: located directly in the university district. lots of pubs and young people, bus station to city centre directly at hostel,hostel owner advises in any kind of question

Liked: It's in a nice area of Glasgow. Not very convenient for public transport but in a quiet and safe area. The staff was great. Really helpful.
