Liked: - nice hostel with a good baar downstairs - nice staff - good location - quite new

Disliked: - high fees for using the internet (it's a kind of rip-off)

Liked: very clean. kitchen is good. averall good value for money

Disliked: check in time is 3pm. wifi is not free. It's more suitable for group tour team then for individual backpackers

Liked: Very, very clean rooms and good bathrooms. Fresh linen for free. Beds were comfortable and everything had a fresh and new feel. Cool bar downstairs.

Disliked: Had to pay for wi-fi and secure luggage storage. A little pricey on weekends for private room, but is of a very high standard so can be justified.

Liked: Very clean! Nice, helpful staff and comfortable beds even in the dorm rooms. Location was fairly good - a 5 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh. Price and quality of the hostel was good compared to what you would pay in London. Would recommend staying there!

Liked: We had a great time. Friendly staff, great atmosphere,great location to where ever you need to walk. We would definatly stay there again

Liked: Central location and great facilities including a bar/restaurant. Dorms were spacious and the shower was fantastic! To top it off the staff were friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend it!

Liked: Really good value for money, we had a private triple and it was very cheap. Very clean accommodation and a nice touch that towels were provided! Very quiet and generally a good night's sleep!

Disliked: Nothing really, we were only there for a night.

Liked: really nice atmosphere! The staff at the bar was a great company, the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I'll come again soon!

Disliked: Maybe they could change our pillows and clean our beds more often.... But it was ok!

Liked: Rooms are great. bar is perfect and cheap like a student union bar! rooms are big and beds are confortable

Disliked: However, Cleaners knock the door every morning and in 2 days they opened our door with they card 2 times!

Liked: The room was really warm which was great, shower pressure was also great.

Disliked: Felt it was quite overpriced for what it was, very basic have stayed in nicer and cheaper hostels.

Liked: Modern design, helpful staff and ideally located for both daytime sightseeing and for nightlife!

Disliked: Floors were squeeky and while en suite bathrooms seem like a great idea, unless you book out an entire dorm they become unappealing.

Liked: It actually offered the comfort of a hotel for the price of a hostel - very positive experience!

Disliked: No character, really, didn't feel as an authentic hostel.. but comfort was what I was looking for ;)
