Liked: Was pretty clean, good location. 8 bed dorms are split into two rooms of four that share bathroom/shower.

Disliked: If you or your roommates have a lot of luggage, there is *no* room. They charge a ridiculous amount of money for internet, and only offer 1 day or 7 days, wouldn't even think of compromising with us for only staying 4 days. However there are several places around that have wifi. Don't recommend their breakfast either, there are better ones all around.

Liked: Great bar, really easy to meet people, good beds, very clean, great facilities

Disliked: The only thing is that the bathrooms aren't amazing, but defintiely okay

Liked: Excellent facilities (two fantastic showers, two toilets in 6 bed dorm; big storage lockers), good self-catering kitchen, great bar area, friendly staff, decent beds, safe and secure, and two minute walk to the royal mile. I would stay here again.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Great location.

Disliked: No breakfast included, expensive if you want to have it nevertheless. Too big to have a real hostel character, more like a hotel.

Liked: pretty clean inside the room view outside from the room was actually not bad

Disliked: not exactly a very nice place to meet fun people

Liked: Great location just off the Royal Mile, not far from the train station. Clean rooms, nice staff.

Disliked: No free wireless in rooms. The only free wifi was in the bar, far too loud for Skypeing. Wifi in the room is expensive.

Disliked: the add on charges, that come a s standard in a lot of hostels these days

Liked: Cheap and just off the Royal Mile, has lockers but there aren't many toilets and showers in the larger dorms nor hooks in the shower rooms which was annoying. But overall great value for the price!

Disliked: No hooks in the shower rooms.

Disliked: Some services are not able, and the staff are just sorry.

Liked: good value for money, nice and clean rooms, ensuite bathrooms, kitchen and nice pub in the basement, towels provided, lockers in rooms, friendly staff, all you can ask for really.

Disliked: internet was a little expensive, the elevator was out of order for two days so it was good we stayed on the first floor

Liked: This Hostal is the best that I have stayed, very cleaned, perfect ubication, excellent instalations.

Disliked: We had a little problem with the manager, we had to pay a ticket because he told us we could park on the street. Was rude and unkind

Liked: the cleanliness

Disliked: We booked a 3 bed en suite for 2 nights and had to pack up and check out after 1 night to re-check in for the 2nd night. We were then given an 6 bed en suite for the 2nd night (to ourselves). This was due to an error by the desk but it seems that several people were doing the same. Not really happy about it so we were given free breakfast for 1 day.

Liked: I liked the place. Clean and eco-friendly. The wifi should be free everywhere. The showers were very nice and clean.

Disliked: I was told I had to wait until 3pm to check in b/c the bed wasn't ready. No problem. I waited until 330 pm...when I finally got to my room...still no sheets on the bed. No big deal, but kinda silly.
