NEILADRI SINHABABUI paid more here than I do at other hostels and got a really nice clean 4 bed room with a shower in the room and lots of amenities. A good deal. |

Customer reviewThe property is very new and clean. Everything is perfect, except our shower(+toilet) room floor is not inclined to the drain. Thus, the water is stagnant around the shower room door. Our feet were wet every time we used the washing basin and the toilet. |

Customer reviewUpon checking in, we were first assigned a room that had not been cleaned. We reported this to the person at the desk and were assigned to a different room. Unfortunately, this room already had someone else staying in it (when we had requested a private room). The third time was a charm, though. We got a nice room and they gave us free breakfast for our trouble and were very apologetic about the initial issues. Once we got the issues with the room worked out, the hostel was very nice. One other little nitpick: the lifts were a bit confusing at first. The one by the front desk only reaches some of the floors, and it is not clearly marked as such. To get to the lift that serves the rest of the building, it is necessary to walk around through the café to the other side of the building. |

JUNGYEON KWONI feel very lucky to have found this new and clean hostel. the location was absolutely good (it's in the city centre, but in a relatively quite area), staffs were nice, beds were clean, and the price was very reasonable. but I hope the bathroom will be more clean (though it was clean actually, was a little bit stinky..), then it will be a 'perfect' place to stay in Edinburgh! : ) |

Serkan CeylanIt was awesome. Central, Clean, Friendly staff, Value for money, etc. It is a hotel but calls itself hostel. I recommend it to all. Btw, breakfast was really good :) |

Customer reviewIf you are going to use numbered beds, then it should be enforced at the front desk during check-in. I can understand what a difficult situation this could be during the fact. In four nights at the hostel, I slept in four different beds in the same room! When I went to the front desk to discuss my issue all I was told was that "We cannot control where our guests sleep once they go into our rooms." THEN TAKE OUT YOUR NUMBERING SYSTEM! She also tried to blame the housekeeping staff. Fixed your flawed system or get rid of it. On the fourth night of waking up the whole room when I got back in I was sick of it. Not to mention my card had to be fixed every day due to issues. Other than that, great common room with free wifi. Great facilities with a good kitchen and laundry. P.S. Never book through their front desk as they charge more then they do online!!!! I booked a few more nights through hostelbookers.com at a lower rate then what they were offering. |
