Customer reviewI only used this hostel as a place to sleep really so i cant really comment on much only that it was safe and very very clean and a grand place to sleep which is just what i did. location is brilliant although i think i have my own path marked now from walking up and down that hill :) |

Customer reviewIt is in a really great location - only seconds away from the Royal Mile. The facilities were good, really nice hot and powerful showers - something quite unique for hostels I think! Also breakfast was delicious and not too expensive. However, the place doesn't have ANY character - it was really clinical and hotelesque (the upside of this being it is really clean!) Also I personally thought the staff were a bit grumpy - but maybe they were just having an off day. My one last complaint is that it was really noisy at night - I think it was partly the location of my room but I was constantly being woken up by people outside. Despite the downsides it was a very good hostel overall and great value! |
