Liked: La ubicación del hostel es excelente, el ambiente muy bueno y tranquilo. La habitación un poco pequeña para tres o cuatro personas, pero por lo demás, una buena elección. Ofrecen un montón de servicios: información sobre excursiones, destinos, atracciones turísticas, máquinas de venta de refrescos y snacks, ordenadores, wifi, lockers para dejar cargando los teléfonos móviles, una habitación exclusiva para dejar las maletas una vez se hace el check out, un bar-restaurante con precios muy razonables y bastante variedad, cocina para hacerse su propia comida,etc.

Disliked: El tamaño de la habitación.

Liked: We had our own bathrooms.

Disliked: It was dirty, the internet was terrible, the staff was rude, and the food was gross.

Liked: Our room was very clean, the bathroom and the whole Hostel as well. All staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and me love the food, the breakfast and the food in the afternoon was amazing. We would recommend the hostel to all our friends. And when we will come back to Edinburgh, we will book a room at the Smart City Hostel. Thank you very much!!!!

Liked: The meals that were available

Disliked: The noise nuisance from nearby which went on all night until the early hours of the morning. I did advise the guy on duty at the desk when checking out.

Liked: The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The hostel was in a great central location. The rooms were clean and secure. The bathrooms and showers were also clean and spacious.

Disliked: couldnt lock my locker as my padlock was too big for it even though it's small and was ok in all the other hostels..

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, ensuite dorm room, quite clean compared to other hostels. Laundry facilities were fine, felt safe and generally well-maintained. Excellent central location, close to everything.

Disliked: Bed was not comfortable and only had a very thin pillow to sleep on, but it's to be expected at a hostel. At lot of noise from the street at night. WiFi not free. Overpriced for a hostel.

Liked: they have a bar juste next door, which is very convenient to have a drink without walking very far

Disliked: lights in the bedroom are automatic and kept on turning out all night... beds are very close from one another...

Liked: Close to Edinburgh Waverly station and located at the heart of old Edinburgh.

Liked: It was exceptionally clean, new, and well kept. Location was ideal.

Disliked: An older man sleeping on the top bunk was very loud throughout the night.

Disliked: Inattentive workers and sub-par facilities. Please do yourself a favor. Stay away from this place. You're guaranteed to be disappointed.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: Very noisy, overheated, thin pillows - not a good place to sleep. Not really value for money at £35 a head. Breakfast another £5 on top.
