Liked: Location is great. Easy to find, good point to start every tour around Edinburgh. I enjoyed the big kitchen and "livingroom".

Liked: The people who run this hostel are really friendly, laid back and helpful making my stay in Edinbourgh a good one. The location is amazing every thing you need at your finger tips.

Liked: The hostel is extremely close to the train station. I wish that it offered free Internet access. The restrooms and bathrooms are extremely cramped. When you open the door to the toilets and showers, you're bound to hit someone who is using the sink right by the door.

Liked: The location of the Hostel was fajn. There was a loud noise from the pipes in the walls which happened every 5 minutes during the night so we did not slept almost the whole night.

Liked: The bathrooms were not clean, with flooding sinks and taps that did not work. There are no electrical outlets in the bathrooms or shower areas so my friend had to dry her hair in the check in area. Wifi did not work and there is a fee for using their computers. The rooms were too hot and I was not given a pillow, but the worst part was that the mattress smelled foul, disgusting!

Liked: It's a realy great place in the (touristic) centre of Edinbrugh! We met al sorts of people, from people who were staying there for a while, of real backpackers who were leaving the next day. We had a realy good time here!

Liked: The location of the Hostel was fantastic. I stayed in a shared dorm room, the room was ok, we had a window that was jammed open which made it extremely hard to sleep on the weekend as there was a lot of noise outside. There was also a loud noise from the pipes in the walls which happened every time someone used the toilets. The toilets and showers were reasonable clean.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. But there were no plugs near my bed so I couldn't charge my phone. And there were no individual lights at the beds, so I had a hard time finding my things at night and in the morning.

Liked: Big hostel split amongst 2 locations on the royal mile. property had character and it would be hard not to socials given the setup of facilities. Had kitchen facilities which is handy given location to save some $$$
