It has a very homey feel to it- full kitchen, back porch and outside area. Quiet area, but plenty of little places to eat or buy food to cook. Common room is quite comfortable, bedrooms are nice and spacious.

Nice quiet area, not too far from the main centre. Showers have lots of pressure and nice and hot. Kitchen nice was clean and well equiped. Less than 15mins walk to Grassmarket pubs.
