Liked: This is the friendliest B&B ever! The staff is the friendliest I have ever seen, they are nice and helpful beyond words. The rooms are spacious and really nice, really good location, safe environment, I struggle to say anything bad about it. The breakfast is really good and once again, to meet the staff alone is worthy of a visit!!! THANK YOU so much! this place made our stay in Edinburgh worthy. AMAZING people! HIGHLY recommended!!!

Liked: The owner was very lovely and made a delicious cooked breakfast everyday

Disliked: It was a bit of a walk into town, but there were frequent buses from out the front directly to High Street

Liked: It is in a safe area. Everything in the B&B was clean. You got a decent cooked breakfast (kept you going till mid-afternoon). I had my own shower and toilet en-suite. There was a set of drawers to put all my things. There was a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities.

Disliked: Could have had a bigger sink. A more powerful spray could have emitted from the shower. No TV room or communal area. (Co-ax cable needed fixing in my room for TV aerial). Except for a kettle in my room, there was no-where to prepare food. All meals had to be eaten out.
