Breakfast was good and plenty. The host Mohamed was friendly and helpful. There is lots of buses going to the city centre right outside the guesthouse.

Attractively situated within the select Edinburgh district of Newington, less than one mile from the City Center and on a main bus route, Blossom House is a traditional stone-built Edinburgh town house where the finest of Victorian features have been carefully combined with the latest amenities to provide a home-from-home for guests who return again and again for a warm welcome.
All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and for the convenience of guests have en suite facilities, color television and tea/coffee hospitality tray. Some rooms enjoy attractive views to the extinct volcano of Arthur's Seat.
The house is centrally heated throughout.
The spacious dining room serves full Scottish breakfast to prepare guests for a day's touring in the capital.
