Our apartments are ideal for your stay in Edinburgh - affordable, modern, spacious and ideally located for sightseeing or exploring Edinburgh’s rich café and restaurant culture. Millions of visitors come to Edinburgh each year. Many people find Edinburgh perfect for doing business, some are lucky enough to come for a leisure break, others are fortunate enough to visit one of our festivals. Only a few have the privilege of Lets Edinburgh hospitality.

Our apartments are a welcome break from a busy youth hostel - yet at the same price. They comprise a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a further bathroom - making a total of 2 bathrooms for each property. The spacious living room boasts leather sofas, and an extremely comfortable double sofa bed - for an extra 2 guests.

There is a fully fitted kitchen for even the best chef and dining facilities for up to 6 people - so no need to share facilities as in a hostel.

If you party is larger than 6 we can accommodate you in one of our 3 bedroom apartment which sleeps 9 adults, or you can book 2,3,4 or 5 luxury apartments in the same small development accommodating groups sizes up to 30 adults in comfort and luxury. Please note that our 9 person apartment is in a different location to our five 6 person apartments, and is therefore only suitable to be rented on its own - rather than with one of our 6 person apartments.

These bright, light and spacious luxury apartments, available for self catering rental - really stand out from the crowd. Luxury accommodation at Hostel prices, allowing you to live like a king!

We offer 6 apartments - 5 apartments have 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 adults. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a luxury sofa bed in the living room for the final 2 guests. These apartments have a total of 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted private kitchen and dining area.

All apartments come with Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking & TV, DVD and Radio.

One of our apartments sleeps up to 9 adults over 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. this apartment is located in a different development and is great for parties up to 9 people.

If your party is over 9 people, why not rent 2 or more of our apartments - our 6 person apartments are in the same small boutique development - ideal for parties up to 30 adults.

With 2 locations in Edinburgh you will be spoiled for choice.

Our five 2 bedroom apartments are in Dalry Gait, EH11 2AU - to the West end of Princess Street, while our 3 bedroom apartment is located on Annandale Street, EH11 4AZ - the East End of Princess Street.

Both apartment types are perfectly located for all your visiting needs. There is no need for public transport as you can walk everywhere from either location.

Walk to the world famous Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile & Grassmarket - explore the rich cafe & restaurant culture, shop on the stylish George Street and Princess Street or just relax and watch the world go by - these locations are perfect.

We are close to both Haymarket and Waverly Train station, only 15mins drive from the International Airport.
