Liked: Clean, organised rooms and lockers.

Disliked: They didn't have our details on their system, but had room for us anyway. I'd advise anyone booking this hostel to ring and confirm their booking, as well as doing it online.

Disliked: Was a mess. Computer not working, so couldn't have my key. My door stayed open during whole night with my stuff inside, luckily nothing bad happened

Liked: Cheap and cheerful! A comfy bed to sleep in, and it seemed quieter than other hostels around Shandwick Place, despite it being busy even at night.

Disliked: Didn't feel entirely safe in this hostel - the lockers in the rooms were not padlock secured, only by key...if they can be found. Moreover, I came back to the hostel after being out at around 3am, and both the front doors were open - I didn't even need my keycard!! Even though all the rooms were locked, I could still wander around the hostel at my leisure and nobody was around to stop me! Not the safest realisation in the world!! If you're travelling by yourself or with valuables, I wouldn't advise you to stay here - you have little guarantee of what you leave with!

Liked: I liked my stay there, would have loved it if It hadn't been for the other 2 girls in the dorm that came in drunk at 2 o'clock turned all the lights on, talked very loud put some horrid music on and started smoking weed in the bedroom! The owner/manager got me another bed within the minute so they definitely get a 5 star mark for helpfulness

Liked: The owner of the hostel was friendly and the environment friendly.

Disliked: the dorm we stayed in still had unmade beds from previous guest. If your on the bottom bunk there is not much space between the top bunk and yourself. But still ok. The toilets didn't flush properly, But showers were good.

Liked: The avaliability of a private room for 4 of us with or own bathroom. The price was also good, and the staff were very helpful and very funny.

Disliked: nothing to complain about whatsoever.

Liked: It's really nice with the friendliest stuff! :D And it's really worth for the rental, highly recommend.

Liked: We were surprised that we had good simply breakfast, there was very good kitchen with everything you need (oven, cooker, cutlery, cups....and more) and wi-fi which really works!

Disliked: Only thing I didnt like were stairs to the next floor - I had very big baggage :)

Liked: The location was good

Disliked: Where to start.. There seem to be a whole lot of people that doesn't work at the hostel, hanging around the reception answering guests questions, cleaning up rooms and generally doing work around when asked by the manager, who was a very interesting character.. There was no lock on the bathroom door in the 4 bed dorm we stayed in, and the bed was absolutely awful. We had to get up at 4 am to get to the airport, and between 2 and 4 we were just waiting for the alarm to go of so we could get out of those beds. There was also a bit of noise from downstairs that seemed to be coming from the manager and his friends.. Altogether it was very strange. We won't be staying there again.
