The place is value for money. The twin suite is ideal for family as well.

Location Location Location. Large modern rooms with excellent individual showers. Unfortunately no communal breakfast Room where to meet the cool clientele.

To have a kitchen is great. There's NO PARKING and after two minutes we had a fine. You need to leave the car in a plublic parking (minimum 15 pounds/day).

The kitchen was fantastic - we didn't expect much, but it had everything you could possibly need. The room in general was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect Fringe accomodation!

We stayed in a studio flat just for 1 night. We found the accomodation very comfortable and inviting with a view over the city. All amenities were in working order and had we been staying for longer we would have been able to prepare meals for ourselves in the very well equipped kitchen. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Clean/new studio for 2 peoples/couple with private kitchenette and small bathroom (shower/wc). But no space to eat, had to eat on office desk with just one chair! Need 2chairs in the room. There is communal lounge/pool room for the students but going down two floor to eat Bkfst wasn't appealing! First night (Friday) students were loud and fire alarm when off at 4am (due to burnt bacon!), other nights were quiet. Good location near Grassmarket. A direct bus to Holyrood Park.
