Liked: Very kind and helpful staff, TV in room and ensuite, right next door to laundrette

Disliked: Internet connection was poor, and at times did not work at all. There was a mouse in my room and the window leaked.

Liked: it was convenient to Haymarket station and very close to Princess Street, the Staff were very nice and accomidating, the room was spacious and well equiped.

Disliked: my room had just a shower and the water was always cold, i had to walk down a set of stairs to use a comunal toilet. the noise of the doors was very loud when the locks clicked

Liked: It s central place in town , hard to park a car but everything nearby

Disliked: extra for the breakfast, when I book a bed AND breakfast I expect a bed AND breakfast

Liked: well docration, nice room (The one that we stayed was double room on the first floor)

Disliked: little bit tight in the room (we have 3 single bed in a room, but there were only 2 of us). There are not much info to guide us to the hotel, even in the entry.
