Liked: Very reasonable price and a super good position!!!

Disliked: The bed is too closed to the other one.

Liked: The staff were amazing - there was this Australian girl who worked there and she was the best staff member in all of my travels! They should give her a raise!

Disliked: Two out of the three showers only gave you cold water.

Liked: Everything was good! Perfect location (a few min to city centre), friendly staff, comfortable hostel. I had a great time there!!!

Disliked: Nothing but in my opinion it could be better if the bathroom (shower) was separated - only female or male

Liked: The facilities were relatively good. The staff was friendly.

Disliked: The springs in the beds were a little too close to the surface for comfort.

Liked: at a good location, surrounded by pubs, shops and restaurants. The bus stop and the train station is just in front of the Hostel.

Disliked: Too many bed in a room.

Liked: * Very close to haymarket railwaystation, airport-buses etc. * Very cheap * Easy check-out *Silent policy

Disliked: * VERY noisy and uncomfy beds. *Co-ed bathrooms and showerrooms. *Very few of these facilities.

Liked: It was fairly easy to get to from the airport, if a little difficult to find at night. It was right next to the train station to go to Stirling for the day. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: It was very crowded. There weren't very many outlets in the building and none in the rooms (though they did explain that on their information board) so it was hard to charge electronics.

Liked: Very nice staff and people, good advises about what to see and do in the city. Nice kitchen and lounge area.

Disliked: The rooms are too busy and crowded, you don't have enough space for your stuff. It is a bit outside of the city center.

Disliked: Not enough bathrooms for so many people and not clean enough.

Liked: cheap poisibility to stay; for one night ok; easy to find; good location

Disliked: smal room! No lockable boxes in the room! beds very cheap (making noises when climbing to the upper level). hardly fresh air in the room because window can be opened just 5cm!

Liked: The girl at reception was fantastic - we were there at Easter, and she had time for everone who had any questions or issues. I congratulate her on her customer service, helpfullness, and interest in each traveller. If it wasn't for her I think our stay would have been quite different. Cheap breakfast was a bonus, hot showers, hairdryers! and free wifi is always awesome.

Disliked: We had a very strange smell in our room the whole weekend, the beds are ridiculously squeaky, and there is poor air circulation in the room. Luckily I had earplugs, else I would have had a sleepless weekend. The bathrooms were just wet all the time, all over the floor and benches; the drainage needs help! and they were certainly not completely clean the whole time we were there.

Liked: There were plenty of young and cool travellers. Staff are so helpful!

Disliked: mmm probably the toilets were a bit dirty... but understandable coz there were too many backpackers... but still cool

Disliked: My staff was stolen and thay didn't do anything.

Liked: walking distance from city centre helpfull staff good place for partying/nightlife travel purpose

Disliked: not ideal at all for relax/good sleep i was moved to another room the second night no plugs in the rooms. must charge at the corredors i personally used the place just to sleep. not easyin a shared room as too many people are coming in and out at diferent times. moreover, devil was snoring in my room.

Liked: It is affordable and well-located. And you have a lot of freedom to do whatever you need.

Disliked: A little bit too short time for breakfast.

Liked: It had a good backyard avalible to us, it was pretty clean. The bathrooms were a bit crowded at times but they were useable.

Disliked: The breakfast was good but definately not worth 2 pounds. the beds were also nice but made alot of noise.

Liked: Polite and helpful staff. Mostly clean and tidy, plenty of shops, bars nearby. Close to bus stops and train links.

Disliked: Breakfast is not included in price as stated on websites. Unsecure. No strongboxes. Booked for 8 bed room - were put in 12 bed room. Noisy beds.

Liked: The hostel isn't too far from town

Disliked: Lockers where given but no way of geting 24hr access. After 11 till 8am it would be useful to get access as a lot of hostels I've stayed at have one beside the beds. Otherwise pretty much recommendable

Liked: The staff were supper friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was really close and clean.

Disliked: The only bad thing about this hostel is that there aren't any electrical outlets in the sleeping rooms.

Liked: it was the best hostel i ever stayed in. both receptionists were very very helpfull, it looks great, full of light, and clean. the kitchen has great facilities (toasters, ovens, kettles, microwaves), there is free wi-fi and a free computer to use for internet. the lounge has a great big window facing the street.

Liked: Cost and location

Disliked: only one impracticality, no plug sockets in the room, let it down really, especially in this day and age. Leaving mobile phones lying around in a lounge or having to leave it behind reception just to charge is ridiculous.Not good with the smartphones of today that you might use for maps etc
