Jillian NowakIt was within 20 minutes walking distance to everything. Wish there were things posted for people to do in the hostel, or when you checked in they gave you ideas. |

Customer reviewThere was a problem in that although we'd booked 3 beds, they only had 2 beds for us on arrival. The staff were very helpful with us on this and offered us a mattress for one of us to sleep on, which was okay with us. Breakfast was simple (toast, cereal, tea). Located a fair distance from the main stuff in Edinburgh but very handy for Haymarket Rail station, and there are pubs/chippys on your doorstep. Generally clean. Friendly/helpful staff. An all round good, cheap hostel. |

Customer reviewI liked the breakfast (All you can eat for £1), the kitchen, which was very useful. The location was quite good, not far from the city centre, and with a lot of buses. |

Customer reviewI have never been stay in the UK in such a friendly envoirnment. The room cleaned every day and even your bed sheet and pillow cover on your desire. The continental breakfast in the morning is worth to appriciate a lot. In £1 a continental breakfast with cereals and cake biscuits. Hostel follows strict rules in such a friendly envoirnment that everybody follows them. It is the cheapest hostel I found located near the city center at a walk of 10 minutes and every sort of takeaways including HALAL for muslims people as well situated nearby it. The most important thing is the hospitality of the management towards its customers. |

Customer reviewThis hostel seems nice on the outside but on closer inspection has a lot of flaws. The website advertises free breakfast, but they actually charge for it. Wireless access is limited and often slow. The lounge and kitchen close early and open late, making access and use difficult during the night and morning. Although the staff are very nice, they are often unhelpful or ignorant of the hostel's policies and facilities. |

Customer reviewWas pretty basic, but gave you everything you needed. Excellent location, close to the town centre. Only £15 for a cab from the airport. Great value for money. |

Customer reviewThe dorm room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the reception and lounge closed by 11pm and there was no one to sit after that time. Also, the reception was supposed to open at 8am but didn't and we had to wake up staff, so weren't able to check out until 8:30am which was an issue because we had to get a flight. |

Customer reviewThe information on the hostelbookers had been accurate. Whilst there, it was clean and tidy. The hallways were being re-decorated and new mattresses added to the rooms, however health and safety was always considered. A positive experience an close to what we wanted to do, in Edinburgh. |
