Customer reviewI loved the breathtaking seaside location most, curtains around beds for privacy were nice, and large kitchen facilities for cooking. Great place for a cheap relaxing retreat! |

Customer reviewFantastic! very clean and private, great showers and the beds in the dorms have curtains for privacy. staff are great. Only complaint is that they oversell tickets for the shuttle into town. If it werent for some lovely girls who swapped with us, we would have missed a connecting bus. |

Customer reviewI loved how it had so much to do without even leaving the site. It was nice how it was right by the water, all the different forms of entertainment and such they had,and the rooms were nice and clean. I really liked my stay there alot :) |

Customer reviewbreakfast could be better. only bread and cereal. not too appealing. some other hostels provide cheese and ham. water pressure for shower was kinda low. and temp of water varies a lot during shower. internet access at the comp room is not free and shutter bus fares are quite pricey. overall, i enjoyed staying there. out of town but beautiful scenery compensated the inaccessibility to city centre. room feels like a hotel more than a hostel. i love the fact that they actually provide kettle in the room :) |

Mark EarnhardtThe surrounding grounds are wonderful, lot's of open, quiet, natural space on the bank of the Firth of Forth. There is a broad, paved walking path along the bank extending several kilometers (at least) in both directions from the hostel. My daughter and I shared an en suite room, which was clean, quiet and quite adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good security. Included breakfast was minimal; other choices, fruits, etc. are available at the on-site store, or better yet from markets (none within walking distance, need to take shuttle). The hostel's shuttle service took us (for a small charge) into Edinburgh at their stop just a short walk from the Royal Mile, a shopping mall, Waverly Station and the city and airport bus hubs. We would absolutely stay there again! |

Customer reviewAvailable services including shop, laundry and wifi internets. The location while not in the city was great and the shuttle was a huge factor in the enjoyability of the stay. |
