It was clean and even though I didn't know it was so far away from the city center, it was in a beautiful location.

The people here were pretty cool and the location is right next to the water. The only downside to that is you have to catch a shuttle or a bus in to town.

The location is a little hard to find since it is outside the city, but once you get there it's lovely--a golf course on one side and the sea on the other! The bar and entertainment room are also good.

atmosphere is very good.in spite of far from city centre but it is very nice place.
12 May 2008
far location, but a cheap shuttle out to the hostel. The hostel was clean, the people friendly, there's a shop and internet and a bar. Each bed had its own light and curtain for privacy. The showers were also very nice and private with good pressure. There's a reason why there are so many long term Aussies and Kiwis. Great hostel.

privacy of dorm beds. direction needs to be more clear if you are driving. Had a nightmare trying to find the place but was worth it. Good kitchen and free breakfast. Beautiful building on the outside

Place reminded me of holiday resort like in Dirty Dancing. Big, pretty and isolated. Facilities were good, hot showers, nice enough rooms, good staff. Certain things such as not cheap internet and lack of plugs were frustrating though.

Considering the price this is possibly the best hostel ever. It's a very long way out of town but it's a beautiful setting and the shuttle bus is very convenient. Good showers, loved the curtains on the beds.
