Liked: An amazing location with lots to offer and good service from the staff! Very good value for money!

Disliked: The showers in the en suite dorms were kind of gross because the shower didn't have a separate area from the floor so the water went all over the bathroom!

Liked: Close to train station and airport transfer buses, just off the Royal Mile. Appeared to be a lively hostel, bar was a great place to meet other people.

Disliked: 4-bed dorm room was uncomfortably small. No space to place luggage on the floor in the dorm. When some of the under-the-bed luggage lockers are pulled out, there is no way for anyone to enter or exit the room or access the toilet. Shower is very small, and sink is awkward (soap dispenser blocked most of the sink)

Liked: location is really good; people are nice n helpful; they provide luggage storage locker which is very secure and safe

Disliked: they dont provide free luggage storage but it is not really a matter

Liked: - fantastic location - friendly, helpful staff - good food at discounted prices

Disliked: - too noisy at night - a bit too "youth-tailored" with the bar nights associated with the hostel - my bed didn't have a working light or outlet beside it; it was also a little chilly sleeping next to the drafty window

Liked: Closest hostel to trainstation!!! It's a 1min walk to get the bus to the airport

Disliked: rooms on the first floor are right above the bar, meaning you hear the music pumping till very late. quite unpleasant. also there is no kitchen and every morning during breakfast they ran out of either jam, plates, cereals, cups..

Liked: Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful! The location is very good, you're 2 min from the Scotts Monument and in the heart of Edinburgh.

Disliked: In my first night the hot water was not working.

Liked: Decent room size; good, sociable place to get food and drink; all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful; great location just down from the Royal Mile;

Disliked: Communal bathrooms were disgusting; have to pay for lockers to store your bags if you arrive too early for check-in; and why is a disabled bathroom on the first floor and only accessible via stairs??

Liked: Bar on site where food and beverages were available. Super close to the main sights and trains/buses. Staff were friendly.

Liked: very friendly and informative staff, and is centrally located

Disliked: they dont have luggage room u only rent a safe which is a bit expensive for a youth who prefered a economical facility

Liked: Clean bed and sheets. nice to get a discount at the bar. Good location to everything.

Disliked: Huge amount of people in one room. Limited outlets to use, and no outlets in the bathroom. Breakfast was not very good.

Liked: nice staff. it was a quite place to sleep. location really convinient. clean rooms/toilets.

Disliked: chill out area quite dirty. the key card to get into the rooms don't always work.
