Liked: Great space, lots of amentities available. All around a good vibe/

Disliked: Needed better stove/hob- all but 2 elements took FOREVER to heat up.

Liked: It had everything you could want in a hostel. They describe themselves perfectly in the blurb. I loved that the breakfast was till 12, as well as check out! Plus they had vegimite. Actually it everything was awesome!

Disliked: There were alot of people staying there,so sometime facilities are crowded. but that's part of the fun.... So nothing really!

Liked: This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in! It is a wonderful and friendly atmosphere, wonderful location, the staff are friendly and helpful. They truly understanding a backpacker's budget - they have good, free wifi, and free skype phones to use, and they'll even lend you a laptop. They have a beautiful kitchen and chilling room, and a nice bar area and even a movie room! It is truly welcoming.

Disliked: The bed space was a bit crowded, but it wasn't too much of a problem.

Liked: amazing! the beautiful artwork gives it a plesent homely feel. I'm so thankful for the free internet since i was really tight on budget. Amazing stay.

Liked: funky interior, good location, nice atmosfere.

Disliked: one of the workers wasnt that friendly and didnt seem that helpfull when I asked questions about city.

Liked: Clean, spacious, comfortable. Good guest kitchen, free wifi and breakfast. Location was pretty good as well. The painting on the walls was... odd... to say the least, but it was quirky, not in a bad way.

Disliked: I have no complaints really.

Liked: Loved it! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Close to everything we wanted to see. Nice and clean - definitely recommend it

Liked: It is in a great location and has many facilities including a pretty cool bar to socialise

Disliked: It is pretty expensive, it was cheaper for me and my friend to stay at a hotel nearby. But still a funky hostel.

Liked: Lots of funky decorations, card access to rooms for added security, great location near Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile. Beds were pretty comfortable.

Disliked: Too few showers and toilets for number of people staying there. The room I stayed in was stuffy and smelled bad.

Liked: Murals are very nice. Lockers are big enough. Free seasonings are available in the kitchen but no oil. Location is good for sightseeing although it's not suitable for rest.

Disliked: Noise from the street made us restless. Matress is so terrible that you could see a hole when you get up. Linens are too old and dirty that you won't have a sweet dream. Few toilets and showers are available for so many guests.Walls are amazing with so many good paintings but need to be painted for the rest of the space.

Liked: Close to the main attractions, 24-hour come and go, late checkout, free breakfast (really enough to get you through the day!). Very friendly staff. Also very clued up about tours and attractions etc. Nice atmosphere bar. Good place to come if you like to meet people and want to party/go out at night. Also have many internal doors which cut out noise from other parts, so quiet at night (as long as you have nice roommates!).

Disliked: I liked everything. But this place is best for young people. I guess the worst for me were the showers - water nice hot but no privacy to change - shower cubicles are small. But then this is a HOSTEL not a hotel - so you can live with it. also if you are older you don't appreciate your roommates coming in late etc. so that's why better for younger people.-20-35 year olds.

Liked: The location was amazing. I could walk anywhere in the city and it is close enough to a big hotel that if you have too good a time its easy to tell the cabbie where you are going.

Disliked: Nothing. The property is great

Liked: Absolutely loved this hostel! Had truly an amazing experience here and would highly reccommend to other travelers. We backpacked for a month and stayed in plenty of hostels and this was by far my favorite.

Disliked: nothing! they were the best, stay here and you won't regret it!

Liked: - great location - free Wi-Fi internet, with good bedroom coverage - new and clean showers and toilets - cinema room - free simple breakfast

Disliked: - beds are noisy - the floor at the common areas is in bad shape: the carpet is not very clean and the wooden floor beneath needs fixing, since it flexes as it is walked upon, shaking the beds of the nearby rooms. - the windows don't insulate the outdoor noise

Liked: They are easy in where they offer everything one needs;fast free internet, safe boxes with plugs for laptops, you can check in any time. good breakfast;, nice lounge, great location.Staff is very helpful and nice.

Disliked: The usual travellers that have no regards for others. The american kids that were rearranging all of their be logins at 12:30pm and having a great talking time with all the lights on. The girls making noise with plastic bags. What is with women and plastic bags that need to squeeze them over and over again when everyone else is sleeping. If it had not been for them it would have been great. Advice to everyone; If you are leaving early in the morning PREPARE your bags BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP not at 5am when everyone is asleep. being kind to others will make this experience awesome.
