It had loads of character, great facilities, great people, and it was in the middle of the city. The bar area was great, we didn't want to leave. The paintings on the walls of Totoro, Johnny Rotten and everyone were great and the whole place had a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, too.

Nice location and solid breakfast (cereal and toast). It didn't look the cleanest but that's just because it is an old building, it wasn't dirty by any means just not new looking.
