02 June 2009	Customer review Well, in fact it was the whole character and shape of the hostel which led my rating. The staff was courteous and helpful, all the time available (including 24h access, which is awesome) and nice. Not only did the hostel offer activities, so that someone who stays there alone will not stay lonely long, but also the facilities which were offered for free or for a moderate amount of money convinced me that I would take this hostel again every time I come back to Edinburgh.	97%
