heidi rauchenbergerstaff member was rude on 3 seperate occasions and then she was rude to other patrons while i was waiting for a taxi. staff very unhelpful was an inconvenience to get directions for an internet cafe. good location, noisy as there is a pub below, very very rude staff will never stay there again |

Charles HoGreat location at the heart of edinburgh old town. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shower is good with adequately hot water and strong water pressure. Asked for universal electrical adaptor and hotel staff attended to my request immediately. Good size room although the sheets could be cleaner but that's only a minor issue against the other plus points. Definitely recommend....! |
