Customer reviewVery good position, close to centre, clean but full of suprizes. In the middle of the night we woke up with a shower from the ceiling and it was not the fire alarm. Building is old and for sure needs some repairings. |

Raymond Vincent SandovalGreat location and breakfast, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff could improve. Rooms are very nice for the price; more like hotel rooms than hostel rooms. The water kettle and complimentary coffee, tea, and milk in each room are welcome amenities. Internet access is only available at the lobby, although certain rooms on the first floor may be able to access the WIFI signal if the laptop is close to the window. |

Quentin WongThe best thing have to be the location, literally can pull all your suitcase and reach the train station and the main street in 10 minutes. The facilities is pretty good, a good english breakfast and have free wifi access in case someone need it. The rooms is very basic but reasonable given the price, but regarding the service, it really depends which staff you happen to deal with the day... |

Attila NemethCentrally located, only 2 mins walk from the historical city centre, the room was top clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and Margaret (the landlady) was very friendly, looked after us quite well, gave some good advices what was worth to see in Scotland... We spent only 1 night and left early in the morning but this is a place where I would stay if I visit Inverness again! Really good value for money!! :) |

Donald O'BrienThe Osbourne Hotel is very centrally situated close to the Bus Station and Princes Street. The Polish staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect with a comfortble bed, high ceiling, TV, facilities for tea and cofffee making, and my own shower and toilet. To my surprise, a full Scottish breakfast was included in the very reasonable price! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants good, clean, and reasonably priced accommodation in Edinburgh. |

Amy WilliamsThe place was excellent. All the staff were lovely and helpful, the bedrooms were big and the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast was filling and lovely tasting, and I would heartily recommend the Osbourne Hotel to anyone. |
