value for money is really good - you'll be surprised at how much you get for what you're paying. At least, we were...
location is excellent !!
breakfast is included, safety of your possessions could be better - their luggage room is just an open room , but overall it was a satisfying experience staying there.

The staff were very helpfull. They always did their to help you.
The location were great, 5-10 min walk from Waverly Station. Basically in the city center, but without disturbing noises.
The breakfast was good and it was a nice atmosphere in the dining room.
The room (and the bathroom) and the linen were clean.
A great stay!

spacious rooms and possibly the only hotel that i have been in ,in the entire u.k where i have not felt cold in my room. I am always a freezer and i can honestly say the heating was superb! A fact that i feel personally very important. Room cleaned daily.Teas and coffee etc in room refilled daily- brill ! all in all , a fab hotel !
