 I liked hairdryers in the bathroom. And breakfast was OK, too. That's all.

I had a great experience saying at this hostel. Although it is a little out of the main way, it was ana amzing value for the money. The staff is very helpful and the hostel is top of the line; although the beds are squeaky, they are very comfortable. For future tenets, check out the Italian restaurant Gali's around the corner for a great mela at a great price, and Italian servers that will keep you laughing.

Hair dryers provided in the bathrooms, also a hair straightener. Enormous room with big windows, lots of light and air.

i liked the atmosphere of everybody there the way everyone was friendly there, though i was abit dissapointed in that the fact that the shared rooms didnt have plugs so it made it harder to charge my phone, which meant i had to sit with my phone out in the hall for an hour so that it would be fully charged....
apart from that i was happy with the staff as they were very helpful and happy. It was lovely there and am thinking of staying again next year or when i am ever in edinburgh again plus the rooms were cheap so it was good
i am recommending it to all my friends who travel to edinburgh alot and need cheap places to stay. so four stars out five i would say

It is a clean hostel but mighty boring... The beds squeak everytime anyone moves which is extremely irritating!

the owner of the hostel was very friendly,it is just 10 min to the city center by walking.in the hostel there are a lot of brochures about the city.

The whole place is surprisingly new! The room for 8 persons I stayed in have very new shower facilties. Very nice and the beds are clean. The carpets are new too! I am very pleased as it was quite cheap. But it has lousy breakfast and location wise, one has to walk quite far towards City centre and basically it is a residential area so nothing much to do around the place. Overall still value for money.
