Liked: The kitchen is very well stocked and clean. The rooms were good value for money.

Disliked: Whilst I acknowledge that this is hostel accomodation, some of the decor is looking a little tired and dated.

Disliked: less open plan lounge area would of been good. images of your 12 monroes would be good too.

Liked: great locatio to explore loch lomond, oban and the highlands

Disliked: the ladies toilets were a bit far to access. I was ok but i had few old people with me so they had difficulty

Liked: ideally placed for walkers, hikers i only stayed for one night so couldnt really get the full advantages i would definitley use it again

Liked: Friendliness of the staff we were offered tea on arrival and were given advice for walks , large kitchen and dining room ( we were a large group ) large bedrooms much space for our rucksacks , and free coffee and tea !

Disliked: no comment , all was OK.

Liked: Facilities were fine

Disliked: Worst night's sleep I had throughout my 6 nights staying in different hostel accommodation along the West Highland Way. This hostel was extremely noisy and most of our party did not get to sleep till after 1am despite going to bed at 10pm. The main problem was that the hallway outside the dorms is designed in such a way that the noise of everyone walking up and down is seriously amplified. Also a group of people having a bit of a party an showering after 12 and the noise of all of this clearly travelled into the dorms. .

Liked: Clean, friendly had all the amenities a walker might need. We where travelling with another two people who stayed in the local hotel and paid considerably more they will now in future be staying at the hostel. Great value for money!

Disliked: i could not fault the hostel.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. spacious hostel, very clean, toilets and showers in great condition.

Disliked: Problems contacting hostel directly. We were running late I needed to advise reception about that. The phone number listed on reservation e-mail didn't help.

Liked: This hostel was so well organized and clean! I ejoyed staying there because it just felt safe and had a positive atmosphere because of the orderliness in which it is run. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are emaculate. And the woman who ran the place was really kind and helpful.
