Liked: The property is clean, quet and the staffs were friendly and helpful. The most important of all for me is the location, it is not very far from the city centre.

Disliked: The only problem is the untidy box room, it looks like it has not been cleaned for ages and there is only one socket outlet in the room I stayed.

Liked: Helpfull staff and good kithen and lounge area. Very clean and not to far from centre of town.

Disliked: No wireless internet access.

Liked: The reading/lounge was quite and warm were I spent most of my time. I was aware of how clean and tidy the kitchen was, which provided everything you needed to prepare food.

Disliked: Other people, not residents of the hostel used the car park to visit other businesses in the street.

Liked: Beautiful exterior, close to good pub across the road, very helpful staff who gave us a 4-person room to ourselves.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Disliked: the system of booking via a central phone centre is a bot cumbersome and does not do them justice the staff at the hostel were far more flexible and helpful that the phone centre

Liked: Very friendly atmophere and helpfull staff. Nice, big kitchen.

Disliked: expensive internet

Liked: I felt quiet comfortable in this hostel. The staff was always friendly, the room was big enough, and it was quiet in the night. Besides I liked the common room next to the reception, which has some really nice sofas and even a few computers.

Disliked: I actually do not have much criticize. Except the fact, that it is quiet far away from the city centre.

Liked: The hostel is good value for money if you just want to get your head down and are working to a budget. There is good catering facilities, central, large space, quiet and clean.

Disliked: The Tv sound was poor

Liked: The location is very good, the propery is clean and tidy cooking facilities are very good i also found the staff feiendly and helpfull and fwlt safe and secure during my stay all in all it was exactly what i exspected frim a hostel i was not disapionted at akl

Liked: Kitchen, toilets & showers very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Wifi expensive and very poor connection for the price paid. No lockers provided for valuables. Bus 27 from the airport does NOT run on Sundays.

Liked: I got on well with everybody, good atmosphere, it's allways nice to see people smiling and laughing together.

Disliked: My time in the Hostel, I kept on hearing about people moving rooms, this is something I thought was strange.

Disliked: Had to queue up everyday just to renew the passkey and for 20.50 a night, it's a rip off

Liked: The staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were clean, the rooms were quiet., theres a big kitchen, tv room and quiet room.

Disliked: not enough sockets. there was only one in our room (to share with 3 other people) and it was the furthest away point from the mirror so i had difficulty using my hairdryer and straighteners and i couldnt charge my phone because someone else was using it to charge their computer.

Disliked: I had no complaints other than the number 27 bus did not run at night so there was some confusion abo9ut getting toi the hostel from the airport
