Liked: The people were great, both staff and other guests, the city was wonderful and it's close to public transport as well, which made it a lot easier getting in and out of the town center.

Liked: It is a llittle bit far from the city center, but located in a part of the cirt where all the big firms are. The rooms were clean and also the bathrooms, and the staff was friendly. In Sundays there are not many buses to go to the city center so you will have to walk arond 20-25 min.

Liked: If you search for a quiet hostel with gentle and helpful stuff, the Aberdeen Youth Hostel will be the right choice for you. Although the interior is not up-to-date or what one would call "modern", the dormitories and beds, as well as the lounge areas, are comfortable and welcoming. All the facilities provided, i.e. the fully equipped kitchen, the laundry or the reading room are of a small size and have quite a familiar flair, but that, altogether with the building's rather charming granite achitecture, is the hostel's greatest strenght. I enjoyed my one-night-stay.

Liked: Huge kitchen and dining area, and a good common area. A bit of a walk from the city centre with luggage, but still in a good location. Rooms smell a bit funny
