Liked: Hostel owner Tim is native english speaker and can halp you a lot, free use of internet, use of kitchen, nice hostel, if you enter the house where the hostel is situated, you will expect bad things, but its ok!

Liked: It´s just five minutes from the bus station, a tiny shop is round the corner. The owner is more than helpful and nice. The rooms are good, and what´s important, the hostel is very safe.

Liked: Tim was very helpful and mindful about the concers of new visitors to russia. helped us hail down transport to the train station. The place has a homely feel - do not be deceived by the run down appearance of the outside of the hostel. out from the centre of town but reachable by the city's local transportation

Liked: nice guests, nice staff, nice cat - it was like staying at a friend's, a very cosy place.

Liked: the setting, the helpful staff, the feel of the place being like a student flat (like home!) so it felt like staying with friends.

Liked: The most important thing was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Tim is a native english speaker and can speak fluent Russian. This was a great help. When returning to the hostel after a tiring day I felt like I was coming home. I would definately stay in this hostel again.

Liked: More of a home than a hostel. Tim's knowledge of St. P and his willingness to help and offer his knowledge. Location is great.

Liked: The manager is a legend, he really made the stay worthwhile. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make things easier for every guest.

Liked: The Hostel Manager, Tim, treated guests more like a host than hostel manager. Showed us around the city amd took us to places that we would not have known about without his knowledge. He made our trip to St Petersburg the most enjoyable part of Russia

Liked: The service was great, with the staff at the hostel always willing to help with any questions or advice. Close to Nevsky Prospect and cheap transport all around town just minutes away. Good living area, and good rooms. Organised nights out on the town and a banya as well! Most helpful people we encountered in Russia
