About 5th Sovetskaya 21 Bed & Breakfast
The small private hotel is situated in the 2nd floor of an old three-storied house from the turn of the century (constructed in 1853).
The apartment itself is spacious and very light, with a floor space of approx. 120 sqm. The apartment has been renovated according to high western standards during 2003. While remodelling, we have tried to compromise and to save as many original elements of the flat as possible. We have managed to preserve old mouldings in almost every room and we have also restored the old wooden floors.
The B&B has four rooms, each with two big windows. There is a spacious entrance hall and a big kitchen with heated floor.
In the entrance area near the wardrobe there is the internet corner with a public computer with free internet connection. Also we have free wireless LAN throughout the entire flat for those using their own notebook.
Since our house is an old one and we wanted to leave the original layout of rooms, we don't have WCs or showers directly in the rooms. There are 2 spacious bathrooms with a shower each to be shared by 2 bedrooms (in case all four rooms are booked at the same time) bathroom1 & bathroom2. Both bathrooms have under floor heating.
Accommodation Information
With 23 sqm. room 1 and 2 are the largest we have. They feature extra fold-out sofas which can be quickly transformed into an extra bed. That makes them ideal rooms for families or small groups up to 4 people. The rooms are equipped with two single beds, wardrobe, a TV with Satellite receiver, a safe and a mini fridge. Room 2 has on top its own balcony!
Room 3 has a total size of 17 sqm. Thanks to a large built-in closet a wardrobe is not necessary. This room is located at the very end of the corridor, which makes it the quietest room in the flat. The room comes with 2 single beds
Room 4 has also two big windows facing the courtyard and is located directly across the hallway from room No. 3. This comfortable room is ideal for all who enjoy staying in a cosy room with a view to the courtyard. Room 4 comes with a small TV with about 10 Russian channels, and it's the only one with a queen sized double bed. (1.6 x 2 m)

The entrance to our bed and breakfast is a little bit hidden in the court yard. Look for the house number 21 and enter the yard. In the yard take the first door to the right.
