Overall Hostel Rasputinn was friendly, clean, and affordable. It's located about a 15 minute walk to the center which made staying in St. Petersburg fantastic. The shower was a bit flaky (sometimes hot water, sometimes not ... and needed to be leveled so it drains properly), but overall I would recommend this hostel to others.
