Liked: The site, they are well placed.

Disliked: They are not serius, They have changed us several times the hostel since we booked until we arrived because they lost ouer reservation. We lost half a day in St. Petersburg from hostel to hostel. Ouer room was not cleaned (with a used glass of Champagne,lighters,used knives,...) and without window. More than a room seemed a warehouse.. with two spare mattresses on the floor.

Liked: The location was fantastic and some great recommendations for dining. Had nice atmosphere about it also. Reception girl ? Anastacia was lovely - the other staff were a little stand offish and not entirely willing to help.

Disliked: Staff could certainly have been a little friendlier (apart from Anastatia). Also, our last night in the dorm which had 10 beds - 2 beds had 2 people sleeping in them which was not ideal as it was pretty full with all 10 people as it was.

Liked: The kitchen is perfect to share some vodka with the other travellers and chat. It is in the center of st. petersburg.

Liked: Excellent Location. Good value for a private room.

Disliked: Not a particularly sociable environment but that was probably our fault as we don't speak Russian.

Liked: Location and free PC with Internet are the main things that this hosttel has. Iron and hair-dryer available. Did not charge for late check out.

Disliked: Unpainted walls, aluminium uncovered walls in the dorms make you feel as if in a garage. A depressing place. Not sufficient breakfast. No cleaning the rooms after the departed guests.

Liked: the location is fantastic ! staff are great ready to help with any questions..clean .. not too noisy...coffee machine :-)

Disliked: not really any facilities for cooking altho there is a microwave and plenty good restaurants nearby, so not really an issue

Liked: first of all the staff at reception were polite and very helpful, 4 or 5 of them work there and they were all very cool! arriving in a big city can be stressful and this is a big help, it was clean and tidy, good facilities and an excellent location for sure right in the heart of the city, i have already recomended other travelers to go there.Leo (London)

Liked: Couple: Really good location. The hostel is newly opened or renovated, it is clean. The outlook of the buliding looks scary, but from inside the hostel looks ok. It´s better not to look out from the window :)the view is not so nice. We had a little misunderstanding, but finally we managed to get the room we booked for. The showers were really great-looking, but there was no hot shower :) The girls were friendly nad helpful. The hostel is small, the rooms are also small. Taking in consideration the great location and the price I say it´s pretty good.

Liked: Location is the best, near to everything you want to see in city center. We had trouble with booking, we got automatic confirmation, but after arriving it appeared they had no rooms available and we were sent to other hostel for 1 night. Later it appeared it's common in Russia, because to our hostel were also sent some people from other hostel for same reason. So I recommend to send e-mail to be 100% sure. Bathrooms were not the cleanest and had no hot shower, but they said hot water will be coming in July. As they just opened I think after couple of months it is very good place to stay.
