Rinaldo HirataFirst of all, I defenitly would stay in this hostel again. Perfect location, very close to subway and train station(perfect if you're going/coming to/from Moscow). Nice stuff, always trying to help you. Very nice kitchen, new and complete. The hostel is almost perfect, need to improove showers(but it's not a big problem). I would recommend it for my friends. |

Customer reviewAwesome staff, nice people, lots of mingling, free internet, free international calls, free shots in a bar close to the hostel, etc. Only two toilets, though, and they are shared. Same goes for the showers. This isn't as much fun ,but oh well. |

Sebastian GreenReally cool place to meet people, awesome atmosphere. But the common area is right in the middle and not good for people trying to sleep as the noise carries easily to the dorms which are close by. There are only 2 showers (and 2 toilets) for 30 people, so they can get pretty manky. And run out of hot water. It's like a shower in a raised cupboard, kind of shaky. But the staff were awesome and friendly and helpful, and the free international calls and free laundry was awesome!! Thanks Soul Kitchen, you did a good job! |

Customer reviewPlease, do not take groups like as I stayed 18 person from Germany that occupy all the hostel and make so much noise that you could not sleep hardly at all!!!! The idea of a hostel is meeting people form different places and not to try to survive with with the university students of one country. |

Stephen BanGreat location in the in the city center and very close to the main rail station. Also, the staff was very friendly, they spoke english very well and the hostel was very clean. They also provide you with free maps that highlight important places such as ATM's, metro, places to register with your Visa, food, and more. The free internet was fast, too. (They have a computer to use or you can log on with your laptop for free.) Great place! |

David HarperOne of the most memorable hostels that I have ever stayed in, an arty, warm, cosy and very friendly atmosphere is created by the very helpful owners and staff, a few days here, and it feels just like home! No hesitation in recommending to others, I made many new friends here! |

John AyersA homely hostel that has a fantastic atmosphere. The breakfast is basic but bottomless and there are always friendly staff on hand to help out. Olga whose a camera fanatic is great to talk to and even wrote out a note for the less than helpful train ticket staff at the station that got me my ticket to Moscow. the station by the way is less than 5 minutes away and this hostel is well placed for many more sights and facilities.If your planning to go to St Petersburg i would recommend staying at this hostel. |
