Liked: location! it all depends which apartment u get.. ours was 100 m from hermitage..so damn near to every place that u want to go.. the management staff were friendly and kind..

Liked: It's fantastic having a private room, especially if you're going as a couple. I would say prices are better than staying at a regular hotel. If you know your way around Russia, or speak Russian, then I think this is certainly the best option as you can easily keep to yourself, have a nice and convenient place to stay, and do your own thing. I really liked having a kitchen, was nice to save money on food.
