The Studios are equal to the level of a tourist-class hotel and have an efficiency or full kitchen with fridge, a gas or electric stove, a kettle, (sometimes microwave) as well as TV, a phone line, featuring one large room serving as living room and bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, a coffee table with chairs and a spacious wardrobe. All of individual design, they have everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Bathroom contains a shower cubicle and WC. Nice and clean, they have everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Access to the apartments is normally via a courtyard through a coded building door and a double-locked apartment door. Parking space may be available in the courtyard.

Suites (1-Bedroom Apartments) are renovated, centrally located tourist-class apartments. Consist of a spacious living room with a sofa, a coffee table with chairs, TV with local channels, telephone and a bedroom containing a queen-size bed, a sofa and a wardrobe. Kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances and dishes. The apartments have a bathroom with a shower & WC. Access to the apartment is from the courtyard, through a coded building door.
