 Perfect location and nice layout. Security isn't great but they have lockers so your valuables are safe. Great staff and overall excellent hostel

Great location. However the staff were not helpful when booking train tickets which can be hard in russia with no english speaking staff. we actually had to go back to another hostel we had stayed at in st petersburg and ask them to help us because the staff at cuba were unwilling. We also had to move rooms 5 times which got a little irritating. However. We stayed about 11 nights and did find it homely for some reason despite not enough showers and cold water. This hostel is well priced and in a good location so for most travellers it will be ideal for seeing St petersburg

Easy mingeling with other guests. Beds are good, although there are some old beds which are being replaced. free coffee and tea. Free internet

Cuba hostel is located in the very centre of St. Petersburg, the stuff is friendly and english speaking, nice atmosphere of international backpackers. The prices are very reasonable. If I am coming back, I would stay again in this hostel. Cheers from Berlin
