Liked: Very nice neighborhood and there's the rooftop which is awesome for small parties. Located near to mini marts, cafes, and definately close to the beach and the tourist attractions of adler.

Liked: We had our own room, of three beds, and it was like having an apartment for the week. We had our own bathroom, fridge, tv and hot pot. And, though we do speak Russian, Viktoria, the landlady, speaks English well and was very very nice. She extended our stay a night without batting an eye, and the cleaning lady was so sweet. The neighborhood is great, and its the perfect place to stay to see Sochi and Adler.

Disliked: There was not a community washing machine that we could find, we didn't try very hard. I am sure if you asked though, someone would figure it out for you. And no big kitchen to use. Fortunately the neighboorhood stolovayas are CHEAP and TASTY!

Liked: 5 minutes from the bus stop to Sochi, 5 minutes from the beach. Good quiet location, clean modern private rooms. Great place to unwind.

Liked: The hostel was really perfectly clean, there was air-condition and TV in each room. The rooms were usually double or for three guests with a bathroom. A great thing was a pool on the roof of the hostel as well as a backyard (in the shadow all the day) with a garden furniture.The owner of the hostel spoke English fluently, was helpful and ready to answer all our questions as to our accomodation or local conditions and prices. She also suggested what places to visit...The price is really fair (even cheap). Especially compare to ordinary Russian prices and prices in this area.

Liked: This is more of a hotel than a hostel, but in a beautiful location close to the sea and very cheap for the facilities.
