Liked: It's a really nice hostel with great location just couple of minuts walk from Kremlin. The staff is very helpful and makes your stay quite enjoyable.

Disliked: unfortunately the availability of secure lockers is small due to kesy being lost by guests, however the hostel itself is safe and u can easily leave your things of low value in the room.

Liked: CLean towel on arrival, and great location within walking distance of most sights, Kremlin etc.

Disliked: Staff were ok but hit and miss depending on who you spoke to as to how friendly / helpful they wanted to be.

Liked: - good location - good price for Moscow standards - clean and spacious - good kitchen

Disliked: - difficult to find with the hostel's own route description..... we got lost for quite some time!

Liked: It is very near the red square and all most important things to see in Moskow. Nice and helpful staff.

Disliked: It was a little bit difficult to find the hostel. But that was not a big problem at all.

Liked: Very nice team work and very close to the Moscow Central. The backyard is a very nice place to stay reading, speaking with friend and to eat. It is a very nice atmosphere.

Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Clean, large kitchen which was important to us. Lots of people in hostel, but we had no problem finding table for breakfast, showers in morning. Valya the cleaner was friendly and kept everything really spotless. wi-fi was on the blitz for couple hours, but staff fixed it quickly.

Liked: helpful, nice receptionist. Lockers were good. I had a large suitcase they locked in secure room for free after I checked out. Everything seemed cleaned.

Liked: Well located

Disliked: Needs better maintenance and lots more of sacurity. Doors are unlocked at all times.

Liked: Hostel had very good location, near to major touristic sites. Reception was very helpful in offering touristic advice. They had guide book to borrow to because I had none. Beds were new and comfortable. I would go back.

Disliked: they had but one computer for guest use. More would be help but there is free wifi so bring own computer.

Liked: lockers in room.free wi-fi (although it didn't work for 2 days!!!)

Disliked: The staff is extremely rude - especially the girl who seems to be the manager - they answered any of my questions as if they're doing an huge favor to me. They don't have a map of the city and don't even know where are the "tourism information" offices, so I could grab a map for me - I had to buy one. Only 3 showers and 2 toilets. The wi-fi didn't work for 2 days. they say that there are no extra charges for credit card payment, and, when I got there, there was a 10% extra charge.

Liked: Hostel is very good located, you are very quickly in the center of Moscow. If you want to go out, you also don't have to go far because Kitaj-Gorod is the parting area for people from Moscow. The lounge room inside and outside is very relaxing after a long day of sight seeing.

Disliked: We booked to be in a room with only girls and when we arrived there was already one girl in a room of four but already one guy which was a bit weird.

Liked: Location was great. Outdoor party area in evenings was nice. Got some nice advice from reception on which clubs are most happening.

Disliked: need a sound system outdoors.

Liked: Very helpful reception. Assisted us with tickets to the theater and then our trian tickets, all very efficiently. Location is convenient, kitchen was busy but more than adequate. Nice place to hang out in courtyard in evening.

Liked: Our experience overall was very good, with a few small mishaps. What I liked most was rooms were not crammed with beds like in other hostels I've stayed in. Spacious rooms and we were given a locker in the room for our valuables. Sheets and towels were new and clean. Lots of room in the kitchen because it opens out onto the courtyard where we had breakfast. Easy for us to get to all sights, Kremlin.

Disliked: directions from metro were a little confusing.

Liked: meeting new (crazy) people, location (very close to the centre),

Disliked: some staff isn't pleased about drinking in the hostel and became unfriendly (but the reason is she has children), full charge can't be payed before the journey, only if you're there (wasn't explained that obvious)

Liked: Staff seemed to make that extra effort - I had a very heavy bag and as soon as I arrived Dima helped me with it. They just opened up a new toilet and shower when I was there, so there were almost no lines. Easy place to meet people. Well set up for that.

Disliked: the cash machine was far away.

Liked: location and character of the building were good.

Disliked: the hotel did not have my booking reservation on file when we arrived and so did not have a room for me, even though I received an email confirmation from hostelbookers and had paid a deposit. I found the staff to be rude.

Liked: I liked was that showers and rooms were perfectly clean. The large selection of guide books in the common room was very helpful. I had a small problem with my bag delayed by airline but reception solved this for me painlessly. I am very appreciative.

Liked: Excellent location in center of moscow lots of night life around the area. Hostel is in very nice condition. staff work hard to keep people happy and keep the place clean. nice big kitchen and common room excellent for meeting people. 24 hr Super market about 5 minutes walk away this hostel is really nice

Disliked: there is only 1 toilet and 2 showers which is not alot for such a large hostel. However i never found myself having to wait to use either facility plus they were always clean.
