Our one and two-bed room apartments are located in the city centre along the Moscow’s main streets New Arbat and Kytyzovsky prospect just a minute’s walk to Arbatskaya or Kievskaya metro station, and a walking distance to the Kremlin.
The Russian White House and the famous Arbat Street are within walking distance.

Important! When you book an apartment in our property for 2 persons you
will get a private studio apartment (or a one bed room) with a double bed or two single beds(you need to inform us how many beds do you need) when you book our property with 4 beds you will get a private one bed room apartment (two rooms with two double beds). You can get one extra bed on request (subject of extra agreement and confirmation
from the property).

When you book 6 beds you will get a private two bed room apartment 90m2
with two single beds + a double bed + a double sofa bed.
One extra bed is possible free of charge.

- WC (private)
- unlimited mobile internet anywhere in Moscow 10 EUR per day
- if you book our property for more than 10 nights you will get
internet free of charge. Kindly note that you will get 1000 RUR to your internet account.
It's good to see your e-mail box and to visit some web pages for a couple of hours per day
for aprx 10 days. it's not good if you're going to use internet 24 hours day and night long.
If your balance wiil get to 0 you need to pay more accourding to the provider prices.

Walk outside and you are in the middle of an area that both tourists and Muscovites love to visit - the New Arbat! The area is full of little coffee shops, antique stores, street artists, and souvenirs. If you want casinos and the 24-hour nightlife, it is all here!

The railway station to the apartment is 30 EUR (up to 4 pax.)

departures before 7-30 a.m. + 20 EUR

For visa support we need:
1. your full names as in passport
2. gender
3. dates of birth
4. nationality
5. passport numbers
6. airport of arrival and your flight(arrival details)
7. Dates of travel in Russia in general
8. Payment of 25 EUR(40 USD) per passport (you will get the link for payment
by credit cards after we received your visa request)
9. your e-mail or fax number to send documents

We recommend that you reconfirm your booking with us prior to arrival.

*Note:
On arrival to the airport, please call us to confirm your time of arrival to the apartment.
We need your call 1 hour before your arrival to the apartment.*
THE MANAGER WILL MEET YOU IN THE APARTMENT TO GIVE YOU THE KEY.
During our office hours (10 am -18.30) you can also get your keys
in our office near to Kuznetsky most underground station if you prefer.

Check in after 19-00 is subject of 15 EUR extra fee
Check out before 7-30 a.m. is subject of 25 EUR extra fee

Apartment refundable deposit of 100 EURO at arrival to apartment is required!
