Liked: They had a kitchen available for people to use, free Internet, and you could make free phone calls to the US.

Disliked: There was only one toilet and shower available on the first floor, so if you stay on the first floor, you might have to wait to use it or go to another floor.

Liked: Good location. Great facilities - enough space for all people staying there. Lots of opportunities to mix with other travellers. Wifi throughout the hostel is really useful.

Liked: so so clean, room felt secure, good amenities, not too busy so no queing for the shower etc. brilliant location with really friendly staff that spoke good english and gave good recommendations. as a romantic weekend away was brilliant, don't see the point of renting a hotel for lots of money unless have that type of money to burn!

Disliked: really don't feel I disliked anything.

Liked: Very clean, helpful staff and secure.

Disliked: Its not allowed to drink alcohol in the hostel, then it is kinda impossible to meet new people and have fun before going out at night.

Liked: Cette auberge est confortable, bien organisée et offre tous les services qu'on peut attendre d'un tel établissement. L'internet à haut débit est top et le lieu est propre et bien entretenu.

Disliked: Il faut penser à apporter son propre cadenas pour pouvoir utiliser le safe...

Liked: The staff are helpful when asked a specific question, they will register your visa for a fee (and I was told police checks are rife in Moscow although I didn't get asked in the 2 days I was there), it is 5 mins to the nearest metro stop, there are two relatively inexpensive cafes next to the metro, a bank, an off licence (birch vodka is the best I've tried - recommended by the security man in there) and a supermarket near the hostel (although not marked and easily missed, but good for stocking up before the trans-siberian), it's reasonable value for money for Moscow, it's spacious and clean with each of the 4 floors having an individual kitchen and showers/toilet, 2 computers for free internet and a communal lounge.

Disliked: It didn't have a particularly warm or cosy feel about the place like some places do, the communal lounge is small for the size of hostel and it has a tv mounted in it so if someone is watching a film, then there's not really anywhere else to chill out easily. They charge a flat fee to go to any railway station and for quite an extortionate fee (1000 roubles - compared to the metro which is 2), but the driver Alexei is quite a character!

Liked: lots of blu-ray movies and comfy lounge, plus spacious rooms. very friendly helpful staff.

Disliked: a large school group of 16 year olds were staying which detracted the hostel traveller atmosphere and also blocked up amenities such as the showers and kitchen and lounge, making it really annoying for the real travellers to find space to hang out and talk. large groups of teenagers should not be allowed in hostels that are meant for travellers.

Liked: Fantastic chill area where you can watch some of the hundreds of movies they have on offer. When I was leaving they were in the process of doing some pretty cool artwork.

Disliked: Each Kitchen lacked a lot of things so you had to keep running up to the others and borrowing things

Disliked: Not that easy to find the first time around.
