Marina BrandsFirst of all, I would recommend this Hostel. But there are some Things which bothered me a bit. I know that they just started in June this year BUT it is still looking like "construction area" on 2nd floor. There were no keys for my room, no lockers, no closets and nothing to put in your trash. I am still not sure if the restrooms or the shower was cleaned once, well my room was not. But the staff is nice and the location is just brilliant, you can even walk to the Kreml. I would come again, but I hope things will change. |

Customer reviewTidy place. Good, English speaking staff. Short walk from the Kremlin and city centre of Moscow. Unfortunately, there are only 4 toilets and 2 showers, while the hostel can house up to 80 guests. This could definitely be improved. |

Emilio CarregaTo be honest a think it´s a great place. First the staff (specially the owner) are very nice and helpfull. All the time asking if you need something, offering you tea or coffe and willing to answer any question. The location can´t be better. Only a 10 blocks or less from the red square and 4 of a huge central metro station. You have great breakfast included and bread, coffe and tea all day long. There is a vigilance guard that opens you the door downstairs and everything looks pretty safe. It´s really value for money and not expensive at all if you think all the things the give you. The first time is a bit difficult to find the door but only if you arrive like me at night. During day time is really easy and ones you know where is the place it has easy access. It´s not the best place for partying in the world but that changes every day so, perhaps I wasn´t lucky that´s all!!! Another good thing, clean sheets and towel for free (not everywhere you can find this) Thank you for everything. Emilio |

Customer reviewIt has a lot of potential. When we stayed they we're still sort of putting things together and it seemed a bit empty. They definitly need more bathrooms though, there was almost always a line at the one bathroom for our dorm. Also breakfast is not at any particular time, it more 9-till it runs out, which doesn't give you long. So we only had breakfast one of the four days we were there. Beds we're comfortable, nice atmosphere. Good for people traveling alone. |

David BonniciRussian Hostels: The problem is what to compare them to? This is new so clean but not so new to explain the lack of services on offer. Don't count on b/fast. Poorly managed as in the left and right hands don't know what they are doing. Great location and excellent description to find the place but poor disjointed lay out and staff look a little shell shocked when asked for assistance. |

Customer reviewThis hostel was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the location was wonderful: close to the center of town and an easy walk from the metro. Plus, we got free breakfast and internet access. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Moscow! |

Emilie BrunelleWe found easily the spot following the instruction from the site and we were welcomed with a great smile !! Wow! It is a brand new place with all facilities (The place is very clean). We enjoy breakfast with friends from there and everywhere, the access to internet, the laundry facilities, the big room and the kitchen full equiped! It's near the Red square (about 20 min walk), it is next to a metro station!! Good location. The hosters are very kind... we enjoy every talk with them! It is a big place if you want to party... you'll found people willinng for it!!! And you will rock the town! ANd it is also possible, as we experiment, to found place and time to relax.... ( ; Since we are on our way to Vladivostock... we met here a lot of people with advice for us! Which is good, because buying ticket for the transiberian is not necessarily an easy part of the day! We are definitely recommending this hostel... there is a very good ambiance! ( ; |
