This is a modern, stylish and comfortable studio apartment in the center of Moscow. The apartment has a modern style bedroom with a double bed and air-conditioning.

This 3 room apartment is situated in one of Moscow’s best known buildings featuring a tower on the top. The apartment is ideal for 5 or even 6 people. The bedroom is very quiet and is separated from the other rooms. It has a double bed and a wardrobe with mirrors.

The living room has a double pull-out sofa, an armchair and a TV on a stand. The third room has a double pull out sofa and a table. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to make homemade meal - there is a fridge, a stove, a microwave, a kettle and of course there are plates, forks, cups and mugs. There is also a washing machine.

In the bathroom there is a bathtub. As with all other City Realty managed serviced apartments, the apartment comes with satellite TV, free high speed internet, unlimited International landline calls and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

Location Information

The apartment in located in one of the best known areas of Moscow, visited by many tourists and famous for its boulevards, restaurants and shops. The Thai Embassy is located nearby. The building is right between two subway stations- Tsvetnoi Boulevard (on the grey line) and Sukharevskaya metro (orange line)- so you can get anywhere easily. As you will notice, the area is full of different restaurants, shops, cafes and other attractions.

One of the main attractions of Tzvetnoy Boulevard is, of course, the famous Nikouline Circus (Moscow Circus). By the circus entrance, there is bronze statue of the most famous Russian clown and actor Uriy Nikouline- a great place to take a picture.

There is a McDonalds and lots of small coffee shops and restaurants close to Sukharevskaya metro station. The pub Staryi Melnik just across from McDonalds is a great place for a night out, good beer and a good meal. This area is situated in the center of Moscow to the north of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance from Tzvetnoy Boulevard. On your way to the Kremlin you will see many ancient monuments, theatres, cinemas and other cultural attractions.
